Art Education Program to offer Saturday art classes for children

Penn State's Art Education Program will sponsor Saturday art classes this fall for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Interested participants may register now for the nine-week session, which begins Sept. 25 and concludes with a show of student work on Dec. 4. Classes will be taught by advanced art education students in collaboration with art education faculty and graduate teaching assistants. They will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. in studio classrooms in Patterson Building, the Visual Arts Building and the Arts Cottage on the University Park campus.
