Faculty member receives national service award

Joseph J. Cecere, associate professor of engineering at Penn State Harrisburg, has been awarded the Outstanding Service Award from the Associated General Contractors of America. A Hummelstown resident and the coordinator of the college's undergraduate program in structural design and construction engineering technology, Cecere was presented the honor at the national Mid-Year AGC Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz.
