Personal account of Rwandan genocide comes to campus Nov. 22

Penn State Harrisburg's series of presentations commemorating the 1994 genocide in Rwanda culminates with an eyewitness account from one of its own graduates. Gedeon Mudacumura, who holds a doctorate in public administration from Penn State Harrisburg, will lead a public discussion on the genocide at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, in the Gallery Lounge of the Olmsted Building on campus.
