The employee holiday celebration is open to all employees from 2 to 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 17, in the hospital cafeteria.
There will be a shuttle marked Holiday Celebration Shuttle Bus available to pick up and droff off individuals from Cherry Drive, Fishburn Road and Sipe Avenue. The shuttle will be in constant rotation from 2 to 5 p.m. Those not in the shuttle service rotation must provide their own transportation.
The third shift holiday celebration will take place from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 14, in the hospital cafeteria.
On Dec. 16, Darrell Kirch, senior vice president for health affairs, dean of the College of Medicine and chief executive officer of the medical center, and David Hefner, executive director and chief operating officer, will be delivering trays of holiday cookies to all of the UPG clinic sites in the south central Pennsylvania area as a way of personally thanking employees for their efforts during the year. A cookie tray will be sent to the State College UPG location, as well.
