The CEO and dean of Penn State Altoona serves as the chief executive officer and the principal academic leader of the campus and reports directly to the executive vice president and provost of the University. The CEO of Penn State Delaware County reports to the dean of the Commonwealth College and provides academic and administrative leadership for the campus in all areas.
