Program focuses on fashion tips

Penn State Educational Office Professionals will present a program titled "Fashion Tips for the Penn State Professional Woman" with Holly Shoemaker from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, in 114 Keller Building, University Park. The talk will include wearing scarves, selecting jewelry and colors for fall.
