The American Association of University Women (AAUW) will hold its 45th Annual Used Book Sale from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, May 12, through Monday, May 15, at the Snider Agricultural Arena, University Park. Some 200,000 to 250,000 books in 31categories are available for sale. All are individually priced.
Last year the sale grossed about $110,000. The proceeds support association grants and graduate fellowships for women as well as State College Branch grant programs for women who are returning to complete an undergraduate degree after a break in their college education and local education and library projects which are about and include women.
