Presentation covers recent advances in nano energetics

Timothy Foley, project leader for the MIC project at Los Alamos National Laboratory, will give a presentation at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 8 in C213 Coal Utilization Laboratory, University Park. The topic is "Recent Advances in Nano Energetics Research at Los Alamos." Foley, a former Naval Research Postdoctoral Fellow, works in the area of new energetic materials development and aluminum combustion, for which he has published several technical papers, given numerous invited talks and holds various patent applications. The host for the event is Richard Yetter.
