Environmental engineering's Logan elected to national hydrogen board

Bruce Logan, the Kappe professor of environmental engineering and director of the University's Hydrogen Energy Center, was elected to the National Hydrogen Association's (NHA) board of directors. His appointment was announced earlier this month at the NHA annual conference. The NHA is the nation's premier hydrogen trade organization, led by more than 100 companies dedicated to supporting the transition to hydrogen. It enables mutual support among industry, research and government organizations. Programs focus on education, outreach, policy, safety, codes and standards. Logan, who received his doctoral degree from the University of California, Berkeley, has been a Penn State faculty member since 1997.
