Bill Clinton speaks at Rec Hall

About 6,100 people packed into Rec Hall on Penn State's University Park campus Thursday evening to hear former President Bill Clinton speak. Young and older alike came out to hear the former president speak about his wife, Hillary, and why he believes she would make a good president. Clinton spoke about what it was like to be president, and mentioned how much he enjoyed Creamery ice cream in his previous visits to State College as a sitting president. The visit to Rec Hall was one of three on his schedule for Thursday. Clinton also spoke at Dickinson College in Carlisle and at Lewistown Area High School.
