Ron Paul brings campaign to Penn State

Republican congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul will speak at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, in Gym 1 of the IM Building on Penn State's University Park campus. The speech is free and no tickets are needed for the Texas congressman's appearance, which is sponsored by Penn State's College Libertarians.

Paul's appearance has been moved from the original scheduled location of Thomas Building to accommodate more attendees. Paul, also a physician, has served in Congress as the representative from Texas' 14th District since 1997 after having previously served several terms representing the state's 22nd District. He previously ran for president in 1988 on the Libertarian Party ticket.
