Chelsea Clinton attended an "Our Economy, Our Future" event April 10 on the HUB lawn at University Park. She appeared in support of her mother Sen. Hillary Clinton's campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination.
The Pennsylvania primary election has garnered national attention for the past several weeks, as candidates and others speaking on their behalf have been criss-crossing the state in an effort to bring their messages to the voters.Several of those campaign stops have been made to various Penn State campuses. The visits are part of Penn State's effort to expose students to the 2008 presidential campaign, part of the University's open-door policy to host campaign stops during this primary season.
