Online modules help students cope with test anxiety and stress

University Park, Pa. -- Students experiencing anxiety and stress as finals draw near can get help from iStudy for Success! iStudy is a collection of skill-building modules that students can import into an ANGEL group they have created. Two modules in particular can provide help at this time in the semester: “Test Anxiety” and “Stress Management.” The modules can be completed at any pace. They can help students identify causes of anxiety and stress, form strategies, develop coping skills, and learn relaxation techniques. For descriptions of the modules and directions on how to import them into ANGEL, visit http://istudy.psu.edu/

The iStudy for Success! modules were originally developed at the Jack P. Royer Center for Learning and Academic Technologies. The ANGEL version of the modules is being administered by Teaching and Learning with Technology, a unit of Information Technology Services.
