To accommodate end of the semester study needs, Pattee and Paterno Libraries are open until 2 a.m., on most days starting Dec. 10. The Study All Night area, on the first and ground floors of Pattee Library, is open for 24-hour service through 7 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 19. (This area also includes the computer lab.) The four branch libraries at University Park are open until 11 p.m. during this period.
Another service added for the convenience and safety of students is the late-night CATA bus service. The Blue Loop and White Loop run until after 2 a.m. during this period, with the additional hours sponsored by the University Libraries and Information Technology Services.
The hours for Pattee and Paterno Libraries for the remainder of the December/January break are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Dec. 20, 22, 23, 29, 30, and 31. The Libraries are closed, Dec. 21, 24–28, and Jan. 1–4
