Libraries offer free classes in research basics

The University Libraries are offering classes in library research basics for students, employees and the public this semester. The classes are free and no registration is required. Participants will learn how to find books and other materials in The CAT, the online catalog and to use databases such as ProQuest to find articles online. All sessions are one hour long and feature time for individualized help and questions. Classes will be held in the Gateway Lab, first floor, Pattee Library. The schedule is as follows:

- Tuesday, Feb. 10 at  3 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 20 at noon
- Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m.
- Thursday, April 9 at 1 p.m.
