New group, Students for Justice & Peace, open to all students

University Park, Pa. -- A new student group: Lambs Among Lions: Students for Justice & Peace, is open to all students, non-pacifists, pacifists and undecided, interested in exploring Christian perspectives on justice work and peacebuilding. The group will be open to exploring the inner and outer, spiritual and political, personal and communal, and contemplative and active dimensions of justice work and peace-building. The group meets from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, in room 105/Wilkinson Library in the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center. Students are encouraged to bring their lunches, drinks are provided.

 All, regardless of faith tradition or political persuasion, are welcome to participate. The purpose of this group is to support voices and actions for justice work and peacemaking among Christian students while encouraging and supporting the same among students of all faith or spiritual traditions.
