Faculty to present free professional development presentations

Business leaders and employers are invited to attend a series of free, professional development presentations on the latest topics in business, technology, and health care given by Penn State Shenango faculty. The monthly presentations will be held at 3 p.m. in 105 Sharon Hall followed by refreshments and a networking opportunity for business leaders and local employers.

The first presentation, to be held on Friday, Feb. 27, entitled, "People, Culture, and Profits: How to Understand the Culture of Your Organization and Increase the Profit Margin," will be given by Timothy Brundrett, A.B.D., instructor in sociology. 
The second presentation, to be held on Wednesday, March 25, entitled, "Blogging 101: How to Make Blogging Work for Your Organization," will be given by Lisa Bertin, instructor in information, sciences and technology. 
The third presentation, to be held on Wednesday, April 15, entitled, "Using Technology in Health Care Practice," will be given by Kathleen Mastrian, associate professor of nursing.
The final presentation, to be held on Thursday, May 21, entitled, "How to Have Business Ethics in an Unethical World, will be given by Philip Kennedy, an instructor in accounting and finance.
