From 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, the University Fitness Center (UFC) on the campus of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center will open its studio doors to the Penn State Hershey community to learn more about their special classes and programs.
Instructors will be on hand during scheduled times to answer questions and learn more about the programs. Perhaps you have questions about yoga in general, or Kundalini yoga specifically that UFC offers. Dan Coma will be available between 9:30 and 11:30 am to talk about yoga in general, or Kundalini yoga. Curious about Jazzercise? Valerie Plato will be in studio 311 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. to describe a typical class and workout.
Kinderdance and Kids Karate are brand new to the UFC schedule in March. Bring your little ones in to meet the instructors and learn more about how these programs can boost your physical activity program, as well as theirs.
