Journal interviews Spanier on changing role of university presidents

Jeff Selingo, editor of the The Chronicle of Higher Education, interviewed Penn State President Graham Spanier recently regarding the changing role of the public university president.

Selingo and Spanier address topics including the increasing challenges such presidents face today as compared with past years and why he and his counterparts are "seldom inclined to speak out on political issues."
