Director of International Center for the Study of Terrorism to lecture

At 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, John Horgan, director of the International Center for the Study of Terrorism and associate professor of science, technology and society at Penn State, will present "Walking Away: Disengagement and De-Radicalization from Terrorism" in room 102 of the Kern Building on Penn State's University Park campus.

This event is a part of the Comparative Literature Luncheon lecture series, a weekly, informal lunchtime gathering of students, faculty and other members of the University community. Each week the event begins at 12:15 p.m. -- participants are encouraged to bring lunch; coffee and tea are provided free-of-charge. At 12:30 p.m. there will be a 20 minute presentation by a visitor or local speaker on a topic related to any humanities discipline. Jonathan Eburne, coordinator of the series, can be contacted at jpe11@psu.edu. All students, faculty, colleagues and friends are welcome.
