Trick-or-Treat Night set for Oct. 29 at All-Sports Museum

University Park, Pa. — The Penn State All-Sports Museum looks to start a tradition by hosting the first ever Trick-or-Treat Night on Thursday, Oct. 29.  The event, which will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., is free to all and will have special appearances by Penn State student-athletes and the Nittany Lion mascot.

On hand for trick-or-treaters will be the Penn State Nittany Lion, handing out candy and walking through the galleries of the museum.  The two hours of fun will also have games, prizes, drawings and a special appearance by the Penn State Cheerleaders from 6-6:30 p.m.

Student-athletes from various teams, such as fencing, wrestling, basketball, track & field, golf, softball, lacrosse, soccer and football will be on hand, including the entire women's gymnastics team.  Fans and trick-or-treaters alike are encouraged to wear their best costume or come dressed in Blue and White, as the All-Sports Museum will be decorated in Penn State colors for the event.

A grand prize drawing will be done with the winner receiving a signed basketball from the 2009-10 Nittany Lion men's squad. Other prizes will also be given out throughout the evening.
