University Health Services adds case manager to clinical staff

Natasha Gates recently joined the staff of University Health Services (UHS), Penn State’s student health service at the University Park campus. Gates will act as case manager and advocate for students navigating complex medical issues. Students also are referred to Gates for assistance in coordinating care between providers, prescription assistance, insurance issues and medical assistance.

Gates graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a master of social work and completed a specialized program in Community Organization and Social Administration. Prior to joining Penn State, Gates worked for the Gateway Rehabilitation Center.
