Talk to tackle weight gain, calorie culprits on Feb. 10

University Park, Pa. -- For many people, gaining weight can be as sneaky as it is unwelcome. Penn State Food Services and the College of Human and Health Development want to help folks figure it out and show those extra calories the door.

Kristine Clark, director of sports nutrition, will present "Get Fit Penn State: Managing Your Appetite and Your Weight," a discussion about common dietary pitfalls and how to combat them by making the right choices. The talk will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 10, in 209 South Henderson Building.
