Office of Global Programs to feature Asian education abroad programs

University Park, Pa. -- On March 18, the University Office of Global Programs (UOGP) at Penn State is featuring education abroad programs in China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and India. Students who have participated in those programs and Asian international students will share their experiences with prospective education abroad students. The participants will have an opportunity to discuss everyday life, culture, sights, sounds and what to expect living in and among a variety of Asian cultures to aid in deciding on an education abroad experience in Asia. The program will take place from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. in the Global Programs Lounge, room 410 of the Boucke Building. For more information, contact Kristin Thomas at klt16@psu.edu.
