Penn State Great Valley lecture on April 14 examines economic recovery

Are we really in an economic recovery? John Mason, associate professor of management at Penn State Great Valley, addresses this question at a free lecture at noon, Wednesday, April 14, Main Building, room 206, at Penn State Great Valley’s Malvern campus. By examining unemployment, foreclosures, the banking system and the federal budget deficits, Mason will give his interpretation of current and future economic climates.

His financial experience draws on his background as a finance professor at Penn State and Wharton, CEO of two publicly traded financial institutions and a CFO and executive vice president of a third institution. This presentation is free and open to the public. Seating is limited; please RSVP to Cathy O’Neill at cxo10@psu.edu or call (610) 725-5324.
