Students and faculty from the Master of Leadership Development graduate program at Penn State Great Valley address this question at a lecture presentation from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 19, in the Conference Center at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern, Pa.
The event will feature program students who will share their life experiences, demonstrating how authentic transformational leadership promotes positive change in today’s organizations and communities.
