Management Development to present seminar 'Leading in Turbulent Times'

Penn State Management Development will present a free seminar, "Leading in Turbulent Times," from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on May 19, at the Penn State Lehigh Valley Corporate Learning Center in Bethlehem, Pa. This popular seminar, which aims to deliver contemporary, pertinent and thought-provoking ideas on leadership, has been presented throughout Pennsylvania to audiences of 50 or more attendees.

"Leading in Turbulent Times" will address current business trends, the implications for leaders, and how to adapt with ever-changing conditions. In addition to exploring business trends and developing action plans, the session will also explore topics such as developing great leaders, empowerment and collaboration, processes, and metrics-driven results. Eric Bergstrom, instructor and assistant director of Penn State's Management Development Programs and Services, will facilitate the seminar.
