USA Today announces end to e-Edition pilot program

In conjunction with the end of the spring semester at Penn State, USA Today has announced that its e-Edition pilot program, launched in cooperation with Penn State on Nov. 9, 2009, will conclude with the release of the April 30 issue.

The e-Edition, an exact digital replica of USA Today released each weekday during the most recent fall and spring semesters, was made available to students, faculty and staff at Penn State. Traditional copies of USA Today, the New York Times and a variety of local and regional newspapers will continue to be available to students free-of-charge as part of the University's Student Newspaper Readership Program. Students at all Penn State locations can use their Penn State ID cards at distribution machines to obtain copies of the newspapers.
