Photos offer bird's-eye view of University Park campus

University Park, Pa. -- The new issue of The Penn Stater magazine offers readers an unusual perspective on the University Park campus: from above. In April, Public Information photographer Andy Colwell and Penn Stater editor Tina Hay hopped on a helicopter and spent more than an hour shooting aerial photos of the campus. The resulting photo essay is the cover story of the July-August issue of The Penn Stater, mailed free to Alumni Association members.

To see a sampling of Andy Colwell's aerial photos, visit http://live.psu.edu/stilllife/2285 online.
