Exhibit on nature, rhythm and light at Penn State Great Valley

Since 1969, noted writer and photographer Brian H. Peterson has captured and explored the world he lives in, a world of nature, rhythm and light. His latest exhibit, “Human Nature,” a collection of more than 40 photographs, comes to The Gallery at Penn State Great Valley, July 26 through Oct. 1. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the school’s campus at 30 E. Swedesford Road in Malvern, Pa.

The exhibit samples more than 30 years of image making and includes examples of his most recent work which documents his personal and symbolic explorations of aging, illness and transcendence. The images are accompanied by journal entries drawn from his recently released book, "The Smile at the Heart of Things: Essays and Life Stories." This exhibit is free and open to the public.
