Group fitness classes announced at Penn State Lehigh Valley

The fitness center has announced the schedule of group fitness classes for this semester. Classes, which begin on Tuesday, Sept. 7, are free to students, faculty, staff and alumni with a Penn State ID card.

Monday: Spin, 1-2 p.m.
Tuesday: Zumba, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Pilates Core, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Thursday: Zumba, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Friday: Yoga, 1-2 p.m.
