On Saturday, Nov. 13, the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Alumni Constituent Society will hold its second TV Tailgate Party for the Penn State fans in Northeastern Pennsylvania, at the River Grille in Plains, Pa.
The party, scheduled for Penn State’s match-up against the Ohio State Buckeyes in Columbus, Ohio, will feature tailgate style food and drinks, as well as a halftime raffle and a 50/50 drawing. The party gets under way half an hour before the game’s kickoff and wraps up a half hour after the game ends.
