Hintz Family Alumni Center featured in 'We Are: The Millennials'

University Park, Pa. -- Two new episodes of the Penn State student-produced show "We Are: The Millennials" will premiere back-to-back at noon and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 29 on the Big Ten Network.

The first show, Tech Generation Gap, features stories on the gap between baby boomers and millennials, the newspaper industry's reaction to personal technology, underground music, and how the Penn State Alumni Association is changing the way it communicates with this group. This episode was shot and produced in the Hintz Family Alumni Center and includes an in-depth interview with Alumni Association Executive Director Roger L. Williams.

The second episode, Adapting Millennials, features segments on technology in the classroom, nutrition and the millennial generation, how students are going green, and a feature on diversity. This episode was recorded at the HUB-Robeson Center earlier this month.

Both shows will re-air beginning at 3:30 a.m. Nov. 30. Both episodes will be available in Pennsylvania on Comcast Video on Demand beginning Nov. 29.

The series, now entering its fourth season, is produced entirely by students in the Penn State College of Communications, with support from Penn State Public Broadcasting.
