The Penn State Beaver Admissions Office will host "It's Almost Your Time," a free college-prep program for 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students and their families, 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 7, in the Student Union Building. The program is designed to help students and their families begin thinking about college and the planning needed to obtain a college education.
Campus admissions experts will discuss and take questions on a variety of topics, including college admissions requirements, college entrance exams, choosing a major, funding a college education, planning for a career, and options available through Penn State.
Following the program, Beaver campus students will lead visitors on campus tours.
