Students: Mark your calendars for Movin' On, April 29

University Park, Pa. -- Penn State University prides itself in its rich traditions: The Nittany Lion, JoePa, Beaver Stadium, the Blue Band, scholastic excellence, and, since 1974, Movin' On, Penn State's free spring music festival. As perhaps the largest student-run music festival in the country, and a Penn State tradition now in its 37th year, Movin’ On brings the top music of today, tomorrow and yesterday together as a celebration for those graduating Nittany Lions “movin’ on” in their academic and professional lives.

This year, the annual spring music festival begins at 3:30 p.m. and concludes at 11 p.m. on Friday, April 29, at IM Field West, on the corner of Curtain Road and University Drive near Beaver Stadium. For a better indication of the field, see the aerial map at http://movinon.org/directionsparking/. To see the complete line-up of bands and their play times, visit http://movinon.org/lineup/.

More information regarding the event details can be found at www.movinon.org.
