Penn State General Stores can provide office and janitorial products to all 24 Penn State locations across the Commonwealth. On May 19, it will open its doors to give the University an inside look at how the department operates, saves offices money, and provides environmentally-friendly items to University units, departments and colleges.
Current and prospective customers will have a chance to see the General Stores operation first-hand and meet with department managers to ask questions and learn how it can increase office savings and improve efficiency. The event is from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. on May 19 at the General Stores Warehouse, located at 167 OPP Building.

General Stores is the University's exclusive provider of office and janitorial supplies and cylinder gas. The open house is an opportunity for customers to learn about all the services the department provides. It's also a chance for General Stores staff to meet with customers in order to continue to provide smooth, efficient, convenient, and cost effective services for the Penn State community.
