American rock group the Plain White T's will take to the stage at Penn State York's Pullo Family Performing Arts Center (The Pullo Center) at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. Tickets are on sale now and prices are $50 and $37. Penn State York students can purchase one ticket at the special price of $17. On the heels of the highly successful “Wonders of the Younger Tour,” the Plain White T’s announced that they will be hitting the road again this fall. In support of their hit song “Boomerang,” which they recently performed on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” Fans will be able to see the band live across the country beginning Sept. 25, joined by The Summer Set, Downtown Fiction and Allison Park. The tour includes major stops such as Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, Salt Lake City and Atlanta. The T’s also will join the Never Shout Never Tour for select dates.
“Wonders of the Younger” hit 15 on the alternative albums charts and the lead single "Rhythm of Love" is a top 10 hit which has already sold more than one million digital copies. The T's have performed the song on “Good Morning America” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” and its companion video is currently spinning on MTV.
“We are thrilled to be going back out on tour this fall to see all of our fans,” said lead singer Tom Higgenson. “We have some awesome acts on the road with us -- it will be a great show!”
