The Penn State Beaver community as well as the public are encouraged to register for the free PSUTXT service offered by the University. PSUTXT is designed to alert subscribers via text message when situations arise on campus that affect the ability of the campus to function normally. In addition, subscribers can elect to have alerts sent to an email address.
