Continuing Education offers new leadership series for supervisors

 

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. --The Department of Continuing Education at Penn State Lehigh Valley has announced a new series of leadership development opportunities appropriate for all supervisors, as well as one program specifically aimed at supervisors in health care fields.

The Leadership Series for Supervisors includes: supervisory roles and responsibilities; performance management; solving problems and managing priorities; and developing individuals and teams.

The Supervisory Series for Health Care will cover supervisory roles and responsibilities as they pertain to the mission, vision and values of a participant's organization.

Instruction for each level will be held during two to three sessions at the campus in Center Valley. The cost for each level is $375 per participant; if an organization registers two participants, they can register a third participant for free, including materials and lunch.
