Penn State Beaver Faculty Speaker Series to launch Feb. 22

The Penn State Beaver Faculty Speakers Series will launch its spring program with a program by Neelam Dwivedi, instructor in information sciences and technology, from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22. Her talk, titled "Sustaining the Innovative Edge," will be presented in Room 16 of the Student Union Building, and the public is invited to attend.

Dwivedi will present her research findings from the fields of innovation and creativity that, when compiled, will help to form a path to assist individuals in finding a fulfilling career. The information is designed to help people identify and focus on their niche in life, channel their creativity and discover innovations they can use in daily life.

Dwivedi holds a master's degree in information technology from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s degree in engineering/computer science from BITS Pilani, India, and a bachelor's degree in technology (computer science) from I.E.T. Lucknow, India. Contact her at nxd22@psu.edu or 724-773-3894.
