Palmer Museum to hold 'a conversation with Peter Schjeldahl' March 22

Peter Schjeldahl, chief art critic for The New Yorker Magazine will share his thoughts on the art world in a conversation with students, faculty, staff and the community at 4:30 p.m. on March 22 in the auditorium at the HUB-Robeson Center on Penn State's University Park campus. Admission is free.

Schjeldahl is a published poet and has been a staff writer at The New Yorker magazine since 1998. His remarkable observations and commentary on art, artistsand exhibitions have earned him a prominent place in the world of contemporary art criticism. His talk is co-sponsored by the museum, the School of Visual Arts John M. Anderson Endowed Lecture Series, the Institute for the Arts and Humanities, and the Department of Art History.
