Students from the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) will offer their annual Lawnmower Clinic on March 30 and 31.
For a fee, ASABE will give push-type lawnmowers a tuneup, including starting the mower before service; cleaning under the deck; balancing and securing the blade; cleaning the air filter; checking, cleaning and gapping spark plugs; changing the oil; washing the mower; and starting the mower after service.
The fee for mowers dropped off at the Agricultural Engineering Building is $30. For mowers picked up, serviced and returned by ASABE students, the cost is $40.
Information and registration can be found online at www.clubs.psu.edu/up/asabe/lawn-mower-clinic.html or by emailing Josh Lounder at JLL5180@psu.edu.
Proceeds benefit the ASABE.
