Celebrate National Library Week, April 8-14 and Library Workers Day

You Belong, this year's theme for the American Library Association's National Library Week, April 8-14, will play out each day in the Tombros and McWhirter Knowledge Commons in Pattee Library. Open since January, students have quickly discovered the many group study rooms with multimedia, presentation practice rooms, a Mac lab, PCs, IT Service Desk, and Media Commons plus librarians and technology specialists for personal help.

Penn State University Libraries help students gain knowledge essential to success, including basic literacy, information literacy, civic and social literacy, health literacy and financial literacy.

Tuesday, April 10, is National Library Workers Day and a great time to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers.
