KINBER member meeting set for April 19

The Penn State community is invited to attend the first annual KINBER Member Meeting, to be held April 19-20 at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Pa. KINBER, the Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research, is a nonprofit organization of cooperating institutions in higher education, healthcare, economic development and other sectors. KINBER’s goal is to manage and promote PennREN, a statewide broadband "super network" that connects underserved communities with research entities across Pennsylvania.

The event will feature discussion about the network, its value to the Commonwealth, and the ways in which its technologies and products can enrich the educational experiences of those involved.

Penn State students, faculty and staff are eligible for the discounted registration fee of $50.
