Go Red with Heart and Vascular Institute and the Harrisburg Senators

Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute and the American Heart Association are teaming up with the Harrisburg Senators to help increase awareness of the prevalence of heart disease in women in the Capital Region. Go Red Day at the Senators game is Sunday, July 22, game time at 2 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear red to the game to be entered into a chance for a special drawing from the American Heart Association and Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute.

Discounted tickets are available at the following link: https://www.ticketreturn.com/prod2/Buy.asp?EventID=70489. Type the code GoRed into the promo code box to receive the discount.

At the game, plan to stop by the American Heart Association table outside the gate or any of the Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute tables along the Boardwalk inside Metro Bank Park for fun and interactive tools to learn about women’s heart health and keeping the entire family heart safe.

Heart disease continues to be the No. 1 killer of men and women in the United States and more women die of heart disease than of all forms of cancer combined. Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute is proud to partner with the American Heart Association as the Capital Region’s Go Red cause sponsor to increase awareness of this disease and educate women in the region on what they can do to reduce their own risk factors.
