Engineering tailgate set for Penn State-Indiana football game

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — An engineering alumni tailgate is planned for when the Indiana Hoosiers play the Nittany Lions on Nov. 17 and will be hosted by Dean David Wormley and the Penn State Engineering Alumni Society (PSEAS).

The tailgate will take place at the Founder's Lounge on the ground level of the Bryce Jordan Center beginning three and a half hours before the kickoff.

Throughout the event there will be kids activities and a silent auction, which will include Penn State football weekend packages, Penn State memorabilia, and gift baskets. Proceeds from the silent auction will go directly to the PSEAS Endowed Scholarship.

A brunch buffet will be available for more than 300 alumni and current students who attend. Guests will hear from engineering deans, students, and representatives from the nine engineering alumni group. Registration is $20 for adults and free for children under 12 and is limited to 325 people. The deadline to sign up is Nov. 1.
