UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Like many research libraries across the country, Penn State University Libraries is at the forefront of the transformative shift from paper to virtual collections. As the library moves forward with the transition from print to digital media, maintaining traditional library values and an environment for scholarly exploration remain vital to the institution.
