UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Motorists who are planning to travel to State College, Pa., tomorrow (Oct. 6) for Penn State’s game against Northwestern should leave more time than normal to arrive. Penn State Homecoming activities are in full swing this weekend and traffic may be heavier as a result.
