Documentary explores the father of the American graphic novel

Penn State Great Valley presents a premiere screening of a new documentary, “O Brother Man: The Art and Life of Lynd Ward,” 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, Musser Auditorium, The Conference Center, 30 E. Swedesford Rd., Malvern, Pa. Filmmaker Michael Maglaras will introduce this 90-minute film on Ward, which features more than 150 wood engravings, drawings and illustrations by the father of the American graphic novel.
