Next Brown Bag luncheon set for Dec. 11

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The University Staff Advisory Council will hold the next installment of its Brown Bag Networking Luncheon Series from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 11 at a central location to be announced at a later date.

The luncheon provides staff with the opportunity to network while discussing a topic of common interest. The discussion will be predominantly participant driven, so please come prepared to share your thoughts and learn how you might benefit from networking with other Penn State staff.

The focus for the December luncheon will be “Go Blue & White … and Green!” Staff are invited to discuss Penn State’s sustainability initiatives, individual department and unit sustainability efforts, and ideas for green-living in your personal/home lives. You don’t need to be an expert to participate; simply come prepared to share your own interests, efforts and challenges in this area.

For those who are unable to attend this event in person, please consider joining the discussion on Twitter using the hashtag #USACBrownBag during the event. For more details, contact dmp28@psu.edu.

Dessert and beverages will be provided.

Space is limited to the first 30 participants. Please RSVP to skt2@psu.edu by 5 p.m. Dec. 3. Registrants will be sent a confirmation message listing the location.
